TC Plumbing & Heating are Oftec registered for the installation and servicing of oil fired appliances and storage tanks. All oil boiler manufacturers advise that you have your appliance checked and serviced once a year. In fact in the case of a new appliance it is a condition of the warranty.

We have the latest flue gas analysers and diagnostic equipment to service your appliance, correct any faults and keep it running efficiently and reliably. A routine oil boiler annual service costs from just £80 excluding any parts required, and you will be provided with a print-out of the analyser report and full Oftec documentation detailing the work done, a storage tank risk assessment and notes of any remedial work necessary.
